We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely free of errors or that product images will exactly match the physical product.

Because our trees are made with genuine natural crystals, each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, size, and arrangement are inherent to working with natural stones and are not considered inaccuracies.

Crystal healing properties described on this site are based on traditional and metaphysical beliefs. They are not medical claims and should not be interpreted as such. Little Gem Trees makes no warranty regarding the healing or energetic properties of any product.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to purchase at the correct price.

Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed with invalid payment details.

5. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected] immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may be eligible for a return if the item arrives damaged — see our Returns Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery time estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Gem Trees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
