Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. This includes verifying payment, packing your order with care, and dispatching it with our fulfillment partner.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 6–13 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during peak periods (holidays, sales events) or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $55 USD. This is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal before any discount codes are applied.

For orders under $55 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 USD applies regardless of destination.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout for certain locations. Pricing is calculated dynamically based on your destination and will be displayed at checkout. Express delivery times vary by location but are typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving the email for tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
